Loading 高了

從星期日起, almerick.com server Loading 變高了，我便看看發生什麼事，我一向有用monitoring 工具，發覺以下情況, 即是與平日相比較十分不同，也沒有高過平日的平均值.

我再看看dmesg 沒發現硬件異常，這樣我推斷了一係我的機器被crack 了，或其他軟件問題。繼而用netstat 一看，發現squid佔了很多的CPU time,為了証實沒有被駭，我最後用了chkrootkit也沒有太大問題。之後我便重點看squid 發生什麼事。

原來黃頁幫改了Squid 設定, 放了給全世界!

同黃頁論討後決定改以下設定:

http_port 127.0.0.1:3128

...

acl bunnytech src 202.181.240.178/255.255.255.255

...

http_access allow bunnytech

之後再用ssh tunnel, 即在client side 以 ssh -L 3128:localhost:3128 proxy.xxxx.com

一向小弟自學習能量治療起以經有每晚打坐的習慣，但自從上過推拿班後便上加了練習易筋經便加多了這樣。易筋經的套路有很多, 隨便在google 找找也有，大體上都一樣, 但細節是有分別的，例如我學的是「一指禪推拿流派」的“第四式　摘星换斗势“。與這個站的就分別大囉, 這樣簡單，真係站半小時也沒問題。

連很有研究的陳師父也表示方法和網上找到的也有少許不同。

所以要做齊晚上練習的功，不花上兩個小時也做不完呢！

玩剪片！

在公司的工作上,近期主力俾剪片玩！多媒體真是一個「十分專門」的範疇。

我指的「十分專門」是codec [1], 𣎴要天真的以為avi副檔名，就能在windows 機器上運行。因為avi 是沒意思的, 還要看codec。 video 的codec 數以百隻。

前人[2]經過三個月隻隻codec 試驗一番，最後揀選了視頻上使用DivX，聲頻上使用Lame MP3, 的確檔案的壓縮到很細。

要用上codec lite ；加上render 片的機器從來都不能看回段片，必需使用別的機器。真高興哦！我真係想問點解世界上video codec咁混亂。

推拿第一學期考試結束

總算是放下心頭大石，我一向都不愛考試，只喜歡考人。:-)

我一向都生物、人體、治療都有很大興趣, 所以學得好開心, 加上我之前醉心能量治療,看過一些很深入的書藉。但唯一的問題是考試用中文。讀起來怕怕。個人認為在一些範疇上, 用英語是比中文學習詞彙上容易，如我接觸過的生物學，治療學，計算機名詞。

祈望下學期再學好一點，話時話你們會做我的白老鼠嗎？

[1] 此處靈氣兩字為廣義的說法，不是只談傳統(traditional)的usui Reiki, 也是一個習慣。我不見得世界上, 分用靈氣的, 教靈氣的，單純只用傳統的方法不多。連我使用能量治療時, （我不喜用靈氣, Reiki 等詞彙）多傾向多夾雜了其他方法。我認為在教學上及客人的認知上, 要說過明白。

如何教好學生呢？

無論是在電腦培訓上，或是能量治療的教導上, 我對學生的要求都一般較高。可說是過於嚴苛。

自從我自己學推拿起, 由於班裡的同學十分多，發覺他們十分參差，開始從新思考在自己教學上要否應該「因材施教」。我會慢慢將治療課程進步簡化。但會否使學員又覺得無東西好學呢？實在令人難以取捨。

另外著名畫家兼老師谷雨時相批評我教學時, 給予學生過份空間思考，模稜兩可，不夠實際, 不能擊中要點。這個是她對香港學生的了解。我認為我今後應讓學生知道他們想知的就好夠。多句也不應提, 點到即止就好了。

三心兩意的人難成功

小孩子細的時候，老師或父母是常叫我們專心啲, 別三心兩意。其實這是真的。理由有四：

（１）在心念上不夠集中, 另念力分散。

（２）三心兩意多是後念反對先念。使其念力消耗。

（３）專心能發出來集合的種子, 沒法專心使同類相吸效應消失。

（４）“三心兩意的人難成功“ ﹣ 傳統已來成為集體潛意式。集體潛意式為很強的能量。

有網路資源上找都好多能量治療。但以中文的內容來說, 除了一些例外，大多是抄埋一碟的。意思是綱頁主人或治療師, 住住都身兼數個身份及數個能量系統方法。聲稱學了很多很多的。滿有證書,或在某某中心畢業。二則多夾雜了非能量系的方法。

個人認為系統的正統,或方法不應抄埋一碟。能量治療的培訓上應當重視這點！

一兩天的能量治療的培訓，頂多是足夠個人靈修及應用。

You may want to take a few minutes in the morning to visualize or just to invite the harmonization of the selves. This will have a positive effect on your well being. You may feel energy movement internally as you do this. Jst let it happen. This does work even without the attunements some schools use. When you become aware of the harmonies within and conflicts among your three selves you will know where your internal conflicts are. This will give you insight into the ways you interfere with your own dreams goals and highest good.

咩風水師唻！

最近香港有個樓盤,請了各大風水師來大賣廣告, 還講了很多風水述語。唔識的人就覺得好勁。識的人就嚇親死。全無道德可言，死都講番生。俾任ＸＸ還沒道德。

風水師應就每人的需要, 助人化煞趨財，用一個通則而定樓盤好壞是機孚無可能的（可能是小弟不材）。

沒有良心的死家夥，學了傳來不易的風水歌賦，胡吹亂謅。我望他們幹快回到良心道路上, 以免遭受天譴！

本人重申，我的天職為healer, 不是判官。

2006 回顧

２００６年最大的進步是報讀了一個中醫的推拿課程，這是由２００３起繼完成從兩老那兒學會了風水後，開始盟生的學中醫的願望。讀推拿的主要原因是，在能量治療的系統上，對骨的損傷沒有太多的資料，除了有一套quantum touch有描述過外。這正好是一次好好的機會學一下中國傳統醫術。

小弟一向玩西洋能量治療，以來中國五術角度來看,即山、醫、卜、星、相，我只主修醫,而山次也。這回在中國傳統的角度下，重學一下, 得益不少。
