每晚必練習的功

一向小弟自學習能量治療起以經有每晚打坐的習慣，但自從上過推拿班後便上加了練習易筋經便加多了這樣。易筋經的套路有很多, 隨便在google 找找也有，大體上都一樣, 但細節是有分別的，例如我學的是「一指禪推拿流派」的“第四式　摘星换斗势“。與這個站的就分別大囉,  這樣簡單，真係站半小時也沒問題。

連很有研究的陳師父也表示方法和網上找到的也有少許不同。

所以要做齊晚上練習的功，不花上兩個小時也做不完呢！

推拿第一學期考試結束

另外著名畫家兼老師谷雨時相批評我教學時, 給予學生過份空間思考，模稜兩可，不夠實際, 不能擊中要點。這個是她對香港學生的了解。我認為我今後應讓學生知道他們想知的就好夠。多句也不應提, 點到即止就好了。

三心兩意的人難成功

小孩子細的時候，老師或父母是常叫我們專心啲, 別三心兩意。 其實這是真的。理由有四：

（１）在心念上不夠集中, 另念力分散。

（２）三心兩意多是後念反對先念。使其念力消耗。

（３）專心能發出來集合的種子, 沒法專心使同類相吸效應消失。

（４）“三心兩意的人難成功“ ﹣ 傳統已來成為集體潛意式。集體潛意式為很強的能量。
